Butterflies landing at the Natural History Museum

It's spring. It's time for butterflies! We finished our day at the Los Angeles Museum of Natural History with a visit to the Butterfly House. We watched them fly...and we watched them land. And we tried to follow the rules - no touching the butterflies...but that wasn't always easy. Adam stood there so patiently while this butterfly hung out on his shoe. The clouds came and the butterfly was waiting for the sun to return before it would fly away. A worker finally came and helped free Adam.Jason also had a butterfly land on him.
And as he was returning it to the plants, he shared with Beth. She giggled as it tickled her.
She then returned it safely to the bushes.
A butterfly even landed on Grandma! It was an amazing and beautiful visit with the butterflies.
